This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement” or “Statement”) describes the practices of Blamic (“Blamic,” “Company,” “we” or “us”) with respect to information, including Personal Data (which means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person), we obtain from and about individuals interacting with us and our websites, smart TV applications, products and services (collectively, our “Services”). This Statement does not apply to job applicants or Company employees.
This Privacy Statement only applies to the data processing activities of Blamic. This Privacy Statement does not apply to services, websites or apps offered by third parties, even if this site links to those services or third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of every third party website that collects your Personal Data.
If we make any material changes to this Statement we will notify you by means of a prominent notice on our site prior to the change becoming effective. The most current version of the Statement may be reviewed by clicking on the “Privacy Statement” link located at the bottom of our site.
1. Information We Collect
The type of information, including Personal Data, we collect depends on how you use our Services or interact with us.
Sources of Personal Data
Information, including Personal Data, is collected directly from you when you:

The Personal Data collected (electronically, in writing, or by phone) includes:
- Contact information (such as name, email address, mailing address and phone numbers);

- Data gathered by technology when you visit our website or smart TV applications.
California Do Not Track Disclosures (Automatically Collected Information)
Like most website operators, we collect information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as your IP address, your browser type, information regarding your internet service provider or the type of device you used to access this website or our application, and the date and time of each page request. Some of this information may be considered Personal Data under applicable laws. We do not allow third parties to use Data Technologies on our site or smart TV apps.

In addition to the rights we state under this policy and subject to the exceptions found under the CCPA, Consumers have the right to:
- Opt-out of the sale of their personal information, should we sell their personal information;
- Be informed of certain information concerning our collection and use of their personal information;
- Request that we delete certain personal information we collected from them;
- Appoint an agent to exercise their rights provided for by the CCPA, provided that a duly executed notarized power of attorney is presented and provided that the agent has information deemed sufficient to allow us to verify the identity of the Consumer in question and to locate his/her information in our systems;
- Not be subjected to discrimination for the exercise of these rights. We will not deny California residents the use of our service, neither will we provide a different level or quality or services for exercising any of their CCPA rights, unless as permitted under the CCPA.
Blamic does not sell nor has it sold in the past 12 months personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable considerations. We may however disclose certain personal information with third parties, service providers and entities within our corporate group in order to enable them to perform certain services on our behalf and namely to make the Website work properly. Regardless, we respect the California residents’ right to exclude personal information from such sharing arrangements and to thereby opt-out of any future sale of their personal information.

2. Children’s Privacy and Use of the Services by Minors
This website and our Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18. You should not use this website or our Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us if you are under the age of 18.
Furthermore, if you believe that a child under the age of 13 may have provided his or her Personal Data to us, please contact us using the contact information at the end of this Statement. In the event that we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, we will dispose of that Personal Data immediately.

5. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to us at our designated address and receive the following information:

marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; and
- the names and addresses of third parties that received such information, or if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name, then examples of the products or services marketed.

6. Retention of Personal Data
We will only keep your information, including Personal Data, as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which Personal Data is collected as stated herein; for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, if any; and to comply with legal and statutory obligations, such as in tax, trade and corporate laws.
When we no longer need your Personal Data for our purposes, we will destroy, delete or erase that Personal Data or convert it into an anonymous form.

Blamic will take reasonable steps to protect your information, including Personal Data, in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we use security measures including safeguarding and monitoring our network and controlling access to our files, equipment, and buildings.

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 6 herein, you may access your Personal Data and correct, amend, or delete any of the Personal Data you have provided to us on this site by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your name, address, and/or email address when you contact us.

If you are using our Services from the EU or where applicable EU data protection laws so provide, you may exercise the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
